Position: Service Engineer - PMLS (2 positions: Jakarta and Surabaya)
Required engineer with PMLS (patient monitor, anesthesia machine, ventilator, surgical product) background. The engineer monitor service processes, base on company service policy and resources, meet customers’ technical requirements to satisfy customers to enhance company reputation at local market, makes external technical training for service partners, clients and employees, guide and coach new technical staff, attend complicated problems, follow quality issues. The engineer should have passion and proactive attitude.
On Service Delivery
· Base on company service policy and resources provide service including installation, trouble shooting, etc, as per customer’s request
· Handle and follow up customers` complaints through phone, mail or other in timely and effective manner.
· Provide field support for complicated problems, critical quality issues and big projects if necessary.
· Support distributor on technical to help them solve the problem.
· Ensure that users are satisfied with the solution of the problem, keep on communication with customers.
On Service Sales
· Generate revenue from distributors, end users for service contract, spare parts, labor service , upgrade ,etc.
· Conduct market research and survey to find out business opportunities
On Chanel Management
· Give training to channel service team
· Help channel improve service ability
· Mindray policy preach
· Visit channel company regularly.
· Contractor management and training.
On Spare-parts and Main Units Management
· Conduct reasonable monthly, annual and interim spare parts plan.
· Sort out the returned spare parts.
· Repair and maintain the main units returned from customers.
On Quality Control
· Describe the phenomenon of each failure and the solutions into the SAP system timely.
· Feedback the problems which has a serious or concealed trend timely and urged the relevant departments resolved in a timely manner.
· Managing Technical documents.
On Technical training
· Make and maintain training materials and other instructions.
· Conduct technical training for internal and external customers, and organize periodic technical sharing to improve regional service engineers’ technical ability continuously.
· Guide and coach new staff technically.
Generate reports to supervisor and management as per requests (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
