Field Service Engineer
Sulawesi Selatan, Sumatera Utara 

Responsibilities:

1.      Install Philips Healthcare (PH) equipment according standards with respect to quality and installation time

         asset by PH

2.      Perform planned maintenance and equipment modifications within the scheduled time and to the quality 

         standards set by PH

3.      Perform corrective maintenance, supported when necessary by  tier-2 support helpdesk

4.      Demonstrate commitments to meet customer needs and requirements by ensuring all given quality

         standards

5.      Submit timely and accurate service data, job sheets, reports, expense claims, radiation film badges, field

         problem reports and other paperwork as assigned

6.      Be aware of customer needs and potential commercial leads (Philips Lifecycle Solutions – PLS)  through

         customer visits and provide feedback and recommendations to the management, relevant people within

         the organization

7.      Support the District Customer Services & Operations Manager and the Customer Services Account

         Manager as appropriate with contract renewals etc.

8.      Use company property with care to ensure optimal results with minimal operational costs

9.      Keep abreast of new technologies likely to affect PH range of products

10.  Be a professional representative for PH with respect to customer problems, ensuring personal 

        acceptability by the customer in appearance and behavior in accordance with PH policy and targets

11.  Responsible for executing service events (maintenance & Installation) in compliance with applicable

       version of Business Unit (BU) / Business Line (BL) service manuals and relevant PH quality standard 

       policies

12.  Responsible for completeness and accuracy of service records with particular attention to test & inspection

        results

13.  Responsible for adopting appropriate ESD control while servicing PH equipment

14.  Responsible for using appropriate electronic measurement equipment in calibration controlled cycle

15.  Responsible for reporting identified device safety issues according to applicable PH quality standard policy

16.  Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow up        relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner

 

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Physics or equivalent.
• fresh graduate : master degree in biomedical engineering would be an advantage
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Healthcare - Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
• has good personality and interpersonal skill has an acceptable level of English language
• has good coordination capability
• the incumbent has to have strong drive, positive attitude, is assertive and well motivated, Good analytical; Honesty, good self-confidence, independence and consistence
• Willing to be placed in Medan and Makassar
• The candidates who hold the position would be under training program in Philips Singapore Learning Center
• Full-Time position(s) available.
